Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026
These terms apply when you download or play a game published by Hopetara Games, a brand of KARJ TRADING LLC ("we", "us"), or visit hopetara.com. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use our games.
Using our games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our games, interfere with how they work, or use cheats, bots or tools that change gameplay or ads.
Ads
Our games are free and show ads. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services they advertise. Don't tap ads deliberately or repeatedly to generate revenue; that breaks our ad partners' rules.
Purchases
If a game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Virtual items have no cash value and can't be exchanged outside the game. Refunds follow the store's refund policy, except where the law requires otherwise.
Our content
The games, artwork, music, text and the Hopetara Games name and logo belong to KARJ TRADING LLC or our licensors and are protected by law.

Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering a game or feature at any time. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept the changes.
Disclaimers
Our games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, KARJ TRADING LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
