Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and keep a record of the request.
Third-party services
Our games use these services, which collect information under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob (advertising): How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- Google Play services (app delivery and updates): Google Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, if a game's Google Play Data safety section lists them (usage statistics and crash reports): Privacy and Security in Firebase
AdMob may work with other certified ad partners to fill ad requests. Each game's store listing shows its data practices in the Google Play Data safety section or Apple's App Privacy section.
Your choices
- Consent and privacy options. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads. Players in U.S. states with privacy laws can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. You can change either choice under Privacy options in the game's settings.
- Advertising ID. On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID. On iOS, the game asks permission before tracking, and you can change it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Stop all collection. Uninstall the game.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Because our games don't use accounts, most information collected is tied to an advertising ID held by our advertising partners. To make a request, email privacy@hopetara.com. We reply within 30 days (45 days where California law allows) and may ask for information to confirm the request.
Legal bases (EEA and UK). We rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on our legitimate interests to run, secure and improve our games and to show non-personalized ads.
California. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, sharing your device identifiers with ad partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may count as "sharing". You can opt out in the game's Privacy options or by emailing us. We honor Global Privacy Control signals on hopetara.com.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If any game is designed for children, we will say so on its store listing, turn off personalized ads in it, and use only ad services certified for Google Play's Families program. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@hopetara.com and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
Support emails are kept for up to two years. Information held by our ad and analytics partners is kept under their retention policies; for example, Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months by default.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. Our partners may process information in the United States and other countries, using legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in our games.
